Throughout the last two years, airlines have been tirelessly searching for new technologies and tools. To improve boarding processes, requesting collections and new ways to avoid cumbersome processes before traveling.
To streamline the procedures and flight arrangements, LATAM creates a tool through the ‘Whatsapp’
application to send the health documents required by the airline in an estimated time between 6 and 8 hours. In this way, the LATAM organization will make the relevant reviews and respond to the passenger as appropriate.
“Ready to fly” is undoubtedly a tool that makes it easier for passengers to travel safely and with the certainty that they are not missing a document.
How does “Ready to fly” work?
The passenger will receive a link in their email inbox that will take them to the LATAM Whatsapp account.
Then, select the language and accept the terms and conditions. Then enter the travel information, after which the LATAM system will ask the passenger for the necessary documents to be able to travel.
The documentation must be sent in an image or PDF format. Later, LATAM will send a response to the passenger.
