Delta Air Lines receive the J.D. Power 2021

Delta Air Lines is awarded the J.D. Power 2021 and is ranked # 1 in J.D. Power 2021.

Despite a year when complications at all levels were noted, Delta Air Lines enjoys the merits received with the J.D. Power award, seven categories in which it was classified, it takes to its pedestal the awards for Claim of baggage, service on board, plane, and flight crew.

It should be noted that the J.D. Power, has taken into account the word of passengers who flew in the period between July 2020 and March of the current year. In this sense, users expressed the care, humanity, and level of professionalism of the crew and workers, in the midst of one of the most difficult situations in recent years.
