Emirates redesigns its experience aboard the Airbus A380

Emirates redesigns its experience on board the Airbus A380, after resuming its operations in the lounge and spa shower on board this aircraft, following all established hygiene and safety measures.

This lounge that caters to first-class and business travelers has been transformed into a bar that will operate with limited seating capacity, and following social distancing protocols.

The bar will serve pre-packaged wines, spirits, soft drinks and snacks, and customers will order from their seats if they prefer, as the Emirates App has also been enhanced to allow passengers to navigate the menus and order from their mobile devices.

In the spa shower area, each of the luxury products will be provided in individual bags for each passenger. These packages include essentials from the organic and sustainable Irish brand “Voya”, a disposable bath towel and a menu to choose from additional amenities.

Likewise, as of Sunday, November 1, the experience of dinner on board will also return for customers of all classes, who will enjoy various dishes of food and will choose from a selection of courtesy drinks, which includes wine, beer, juices and soft drinks like Emirates Vitality Boost. All this under strict biosafety protocols.
