On June 5, 2025, Pan Am Global Holdings, current owner of the brand rights, announced a strategic partnership with AVi8 Air Capital, an investment and aviation consultancy firm. The goal? To assess the feasibility of relaunching Pan Am as a scheduled commercial airline.
According to Craig Carter, CEO of Pan Am Global Holdings, the mission is to honor Pan Am’s legacy with a modern, sustainable, and passenger-centric vision.

To turn this vision into reality, AVi8 Air Capital will lead a detailed technical and financial study, which includes:
