That, likewise, the data provided voluntarily will be processed in the files responsibility of GOPAY NAUTICALS S.L., CIF B88410576, with contact email info@gopaynauticals.com, and contact phone number +34 696 32 04 48 for the sole purpose of continuing to provide you with the non-exclusive user license service of the JET MAN PAY platform. However, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at the postal address: Calle José Ortega y Gasset 22-24, 509 Madrid, 28001.

GIVING YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT TO:

1. Transfer of your personal data held by BCDA AERONAUTICALS SOLUTIONS LLC to GOPAY NAUTICALS S.L for the sole purpose of continuing to provide you with the non-exclusive user license service of the JET MAN PAY platform.

2. The processing of personal data to provide you with the non-exclusive user licensing services of the JET MAN PAY platform.

3. The transfer of such data to third parties, for the sole purpose of being able to provide the services subscribed with us.

Such consent shall be deemed to have been provided as long as it is not communicated otherwise in writing.

The acceptance so that the data can be processed or transferred in the terms established herein, has been, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 6 and 11 of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, of revocable character and without retroactive effects.
